Comete delito de abandono del puesto cualquiera que perteneciendo al personal de soldados o marinería, mientras está de centinela o guardia se retire del sitio señalado para su servicio, se embriague o se duerma, o falte a sus consignas, o se deje sorprender o relevar por quien no sea su Comandante. El eje ejecute cualquiera de los hechos previstos en este artículo incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años.
