Los alcaldes, alcaldes menores e inspectores de policía, quedan facultados por medio del presente Decreto para cerrar los institutos de educación no formal, que funcionen dentro de sus jurisdicciones, sin la licencia de iniciación de labores correspondientes, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 56 de este Decreto.
