El artículo 2o. del artículo 93 del Decreto 077 de 1987, quedará así: Si la Oficina de Planeación no encuentra fundadas las razones de la insistencia del alcalde, así se le manifestará. En este caso el alcalde las hará conocer oficialmente del Concejo Municipal para que se pronuncie sobre ellas en un término no mayor de diez (10) días.
