º Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo precedente, el Ministerio de Salud podrá exigir en cualquier tiempo la vacunación contra la viruela y el certificado correspondiente, cuando lo considere conveniente para controlar o evitar la propagación de la enfermedad.
