Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para garantizar las operaciones financieras, abrir los créditos, traslados y hacer las apropiaciones a que haya lugar, dentro de los Presupuestos de la actual y de la próxima vigencias, a efecto de que la contribución de que trata la presente Ley sea entregada al Comité Organizador de los IV, Juegos Deportivos Bolivarianos.
