º. Autorízase a la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - para recibir acciones que el Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas, IPSE, posee en la Empresa Distribuidora del Pacífico S. A. ESP., Dispac S. A. ESP, hasta por la suma de veintiséis mil millones de pesos ($26.000.000.000) moneda legal colombiana, como abono al acuerdo de pago y los otrosíes a cargo del Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas, IPSE, y a favor de la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - de que trata el considerando número 3 del presente decreto.
