Decreto 1696 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 94 de 1993

Inscripción. Las personas naturales colombianas o personas naturales extranjeras, residentes en Colombia que deseen presentar los exámenes para optar la licencia de segunda categoría, deberán presentar solicitud por escrito, con: nombre completo, fotocopia autenticada del documento de identidad, profesión, nacionalidad, teléfono, dirección de residencia y fotocopia autenticada del certificado judicial vigente, ante la Liga o Asociación de carácter nacional que vaya a realizar dichos exámenes, con treinta (30) días de anticipación a la fecha indicada por las mismas.

Parágrafo

Para efecto de la solicitud se tomará como fecha la que aparece en el sello del correo.
