°. Mientras se hace la edición definitiva de los bonos a que se refiere el presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Pública podrá emitir certificados provisionales, destinados a cambiarse más tarde, certificados que deberán llevar también las formas indicadas en el artículo anterior.
