Condónase al señor Domingo Duque J. la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4.000), a cuyo pago fue condenado por Resolución número 48 del Ministerio de Gobierno, fechada el 18 de marzo de 1920, por extravío de una encomienda de la Agencia Postal de Tumaco, en su calidad de Jefe de aquella Oficina, en cuyo extravió, según las probanzas allegadas, no tuvo Duque la más pequeña responsabilidad.

Parágrafo

Relévase asímismo a Duque del pago de la multa de veinte pesos ($ 20) a que se refiere la citada Resolución.
