Las resoluciones mediante las cuales se concede o niega cualquiera de las autorizaciones sanitarias establecidas en el presente decreto, serán susceptibles del recurso de reposición cuando sean expedidas por el Ministerio de. Salud, las demás serán susceptibles de los recursos de reposición y apelación, este último ante el Ministerio de Salud, de conformidad con lo establecido por el Decreto 2733 de 1959.

Parágrafo

Los recursos a cine se refiere el presente artículo se concederán en el efecto devolutivo.
