Ingreso de mercancías. A las zonas francas podrán ingresar mercancías provenientes del resto del mundo, del territorio aduanero nacional, o de otra zona franca, salvo las restricciones que establezca la Constitución Política, las leyes y, de manera particular, este decreto.
