º . Para el año gravable de 1982, los contribuyentes podrán ajustar el costo de los activos fijos al valor comercial. Este ajuste no se tomará en cuenta para fines catastrales. Para las acciones que se coticen en bolsa, el costo fiscal no podrá ser superior al promedio del precio en bolsa en el último mes de 1982; para las demás acciones, el costo fiscal no podrá ser superior al valor intrínseco a 31 de diciembre de 1982.
