Mecanismos de pago de pensiones. De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 5° del Decreto 1668 de 1997 y el numeral 2 del artículo 2.2.10.4.4 de este decreto, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro deberá pagar las pensiones de los ex afiliados a Fonprenor que serán pagadas por el Fopep, hasta la fecha en que efectivamente este Fondo sustituya la obligación de pago de esas pensiones.
