Inscripción de las universidades . Para efectos de la participación de las universidades a que se refiere el artículo 117 del Decreto 222 de 1983, éstas deberán efectuar su inscripción en el respectivo registro de proponentes, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en este Decreto. La calificación y clasificación se harán con base, además, en la información que suministre el Fondo Nacional de Proyectos de Desarrollo, Fonade.
