Art. 13 En cada Jurado electoral habrá una arca triclave que servirá para depositar los documentos relativos á las elecciones que en él se verifiquen. Las cerraduras deberán ser fuertes y seguras, distintas las tres, de manera que con una sola llave no puedan abrirse todas, ni siquiera dos. De dichas llaves conservará una el Presidente del Jurado, otra uno de los miembros del mismo, elegido por mayoría absoluta, y lo restante el Alcalde del Municipio.
