ARTICULO 4.1.3.6.- DE LA PRUEBA DE LA EXISTENCIA Y LA REPRESENTACION LEGAL. De acuerdo con las modalidades propias de la naturaleza y estructura de las entidades vigiladas, la certificación sobre su existencia y representación legal de las entidades bajo su vigilancia deberá expedirla la Superintendencia de Valores, de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 1.1.2.0.8 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
