º . Objeto y finalidad. El Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales tiene por objeto atender las obligaciones contingentes, definidas en el artículo 3º del presente decreto, de las entidades enumeradas en el artículo 5º del mismo, y tiene por finalidad la de servir como sistema de administración y gestión de recursos.
