º . El artículo 8º del Decreto 2469 de 2000 quedará así: Artículo 8 º. Junta Directiva. La Junta Directiva estará integrada por los siguientes miembros: El Ministro del Interior y de Justicia o su delegado que será un Viceministro, quien la presidirá. El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República o su delegado. El Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado. El Ministro de Cultura o su delegado. Un representante de los trabajadores oficiales de la Empresa. El Secretario General del Senado o su delegado. El Secretario General de la Cámara o su delegado.

Parágrafo 1

El Gerente General de la Imprenta Nacional de Colombia asistirá a la Junta Directiva con voz pero sin voto.

Parágrafo 2

El Secretario de la Junta Directiva será designado por la misma, quien llevará los archivos de las reuniones y certificará sobre sus actos.
