Los vecinos podrán informar a la entidad o autoridad competente sobre el incumplimiento, por parte del titular de la licencia, de las normas y especificaciones técnicas establecidas en la misma, a fin de que el jefe de la administración imponga, si es procedente las sanciones previstas en el artículo 66 de la Ley 9ª de 1988.
