º Cuando el Banco de la República certifique sobre el valor del oro puro en moneda legal colombiana para la fijación del monto de las indemnizaciones previstas en las leyes mercantiles y en tratados internacionales, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 875 del Código de Comercio, lo hará teniendo en cuenta exclusivamente la paridad oficial establecida por la Junta Monetaria en desarrollo de las disposiciones internacionales pertinentes.
