Art. 9.° El precio de venta de la sal en los almacenes de Colón y Panamá, será el fijado para la sal de caldero en el decreto número 446 de fecha 4 de Agosto del presente año, y en los demás almacenes que se establezcan, el mismo precio citado recargado con los gastos de trasporte desde Panamá hasta los indicados almacenes.
