º Modificar el artículo 10 del Decreto 1156 del 14 de junio de 1988, el cual quedara así: "Artículo 10. Obligatoriedad del registro. Ninguna sala de exhibición cinematográfica podrá funcionar sin el previo y correspondiente registro de ella y del exhibidor responsable, en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Las salas de exhibición cinematográfica y los exhibidores respectivos procederán a cumplir con este requisito, conforme a las normas de este Decreto, dentro de los ciento cinco (105) días siguientes a su promulgación".
