° Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que cumplan los requisitos pertinentes establecidos en el presente Decreto, recibirán el Título de Oficial de Estado Mayor , el cual le será otorgado por resolución ministerial, serán inscritos por los Comandos de Fuerza en el Escalafón respectivo, y les será expedido el diploma correspondiente.
