El Consejo Nacional Laboral podrá crear en los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías, Consejos Regionales con estructura similar a la propia, para que puedan hacer recomendaciones al Consejo Nacional sobre los casos especiales que se presenten en las regiones y que se encuentren enmarcados dentro de las atribuciones que le concede la presente Ley.
