ARTICULO 8 º. Los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencia Forenses que se desempeñen en funciones de mensajería tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte así

Para ciudades de mas de un millón de habitantes, trece mil ochocientos cuarenta pesos ($13.840.00) moneda corriente, mensuales.

Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes ocho mil setecientos veintitrés pesos ($8.723.00) moneda corriente, mensuales.

Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes cinco mil quinientos cuarenta pesos ($5.540.00) moneda corriente, mensuales.
