Indemnización por capacidad psicofísica. Cuando la Dirección General de la Policía en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 39 de este Decreto, determine que un Agente por incapacidad relativa Y permanente continúe en servicio, se le reconocerá y pagará la indemnización que le corresponda de acuerdo con los haberes que devengue cuando se le declare la lesión por la Sanidad de la policía. En consecuencia, el Agente no tendrá derecho a una nueva prestación por el mismo concepto.
