º . Determinación del número de procesos . El número de procesos que ingresen anualmente a la jurisdicción sobre los cuales se exija el requisito de procedibilidad deberá ser certificado por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, en cualquier momento a petición del Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, indicando que se trata del último reporte anualizado disponible.
