º . De la creación de nuevas Divisiones. Cuando la Federación Paraolímpica determine organizarse por Divisiones, los estatutos de la misma deberán regular el procedimiento a seguir y el plazo para resolver las solicitudes de creación de nuevas Divisiones, sin detrimento de la intervención de Coldeportes, en los términos del Decreto-ley 1228 de 1995.
