Copia sustitutiva. La copia sustitutiva de aquélla que presta mérito ejecutivo, sea que se expida por solicitud de las partes mediante escritura pública otorgada después de su destrucción o por orden judicial, contendrá la nota de su expedición con el número de orden que le corresponda, la cantidad de hojas en que se compulsa, la constancia de ser sustitutiva de la primera y el nombre del acreedor en favor de quien se expide.
