En Bogotá, Medellín y demás ciudades a donde recurran enfermos para hacerse tratar, la dirección del tratamiento corresponderá al medico oficial, cualquiera que sea la Sección a que pertenezca el enfermo. El medico debe firmar la cuenta de gastos, para que sea aceptada.
