A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, cuando para las subpartidas señaladas en los artículos anteriores varíen los gravámenes o índices aplicables a las importaciones originarias y procedentes de terceros países en cumplimiento de los acuerdos suscritos por Colombia, se aplicará a las importaciones originarias y procedentes de Perú el gravamen o índice de dichos acuerdos que resulte ser más favorable.
