Emplazamiento previo por no declarar. Quienes incumplan con la obligación de presentar las liquidaciones privadas de la Contribución estando obligados a ello, serán emplazados por el sujeto activo, previa comprobación de su obligación, para que cumpla con la obligación tributaria en el término perentorio de un (1) mes. Vencido este término sin que se hubiere presentado la declaración, el Fondo Nacional de Turismo procederá a aplicar la sanción prevista en el Estatuto Tributario por no declarar.
