Art. 30. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que conserve las Aduanas de “Arauca” y el “Meta” siempre que lo estime conveniente, i cuando con sus productos puedan pagarse los respectivos empleados i la fuerza necesaria para su mantenimiento.
