Articulo 5. De las diferentes providencias sobre administración de personal. Para efectos del artículo anterior, serán providencias de administración de personal, entre otras, las correspondientes a nombramientos, declaratorios de insubsistencia de nombramientos, licencias, permisos, comisiones, encargos, vacaciones, suspensiones, escalafonamientos, promociones, traslados. retiros, renuncias y destituciones.
