Facúltese al Gobierno para reorganizar la Dirección General de Minas del Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo, a fin de dotar al país de una dependencia que esté capacitada y disponga de los medios adecuados para atender eficientemente las conveniencias, necesidades, ejercicio, desarrollo, fomento y defensa de la industria minera en el país.
