Las importaciones temporales de mercancías no requerirán de la presentación del manifiesto de importación. La entrega se verificará mediante acta, previos reconocimiento y aforo con intervención de la Auditoría Fiscal respectiva, en la cual se dejará constancia de las características permanentes de la mercancía que permitan su identificación y control cuando sea presentada para su reexportación, así como a la cancelación o al cobro de los derechos si no fuere reexportada.
