Art. 11. El depósito de estampillas, cubiertas i patentes a que se refiere al artículo 577 del Código Fiscal, asi como el de las estampillas telegráficas, i tarjetas postales que se crean por esta lei, se hará en la Administración i Contaduría de los correos nacionales, en una caja con doble cerradura, las llaves de la cual estarán a cargo del Administrador-contador, la una, i del Jefe de la Seccion de correos i telégrafos, la otra.
