Comité de Planeación del Sector Trabajo y Seguridad Social. - El Comité de Planeación del Sector Trabajo y Seguridad Social estará conformado por los Jefes de las Oficinas de Planeación del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y de las Entidades adscritas y vinculadas. Su organización y funciones le serán señaladas por el Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
