En caso de duda o vacío normativo se podrá acudir a las disposiciones que en materia civil y de procedimiento civil se encuentran vigentes. Las normas establecidas en la presente ley prevalecerán sobre cualquier otra norma de carácter ordinario, incluso de carácter tributario que le sea contraria.
