º. Designase a la Caja de Crédito Agraria, Industrial y Minero, como unico organismo autorizado por el Gobierno para comprar, vender, exportar caucho, balata, chicle y gomas naturales similares.

Parágrafo

La adquisición y venta de los productos a que se refiere este artículo, la Caja de Crédito Agraria, Industrial y Minero, podrá celebrar los contratos que considere necesarios, los cuales requieren para su validez la aprobación del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
