Los recursos del Presupuesto Nacional podrán permanecer por un tiempo superior al establecido en el artículo anterior en cuentas corrientes, cuando así se haya convenido como reciprocidad a servicios especiales que preste el establecimiento financiero donde se encuentra radicada la cuenta. En este evento, los respectivos servicios y el tiempo de reciprocidad deben acordarse previamente y por escrito y las condiciones financieras las autorizará la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
