Presentación y manejo de propuestas . Los proponentes presentarán en sobres separados y lacrados la propuesta técnica y la propuesta económica, indicando claramente en cada uno de ellos el tipo de propuesta que contiene. Las propuestas permanecerán en custodia de la entidad contratante hasta el momento del cierre del concurso. La apertura de las propuestas se hará conforme a lo indicado en el numeral 6º del artículo 30 del Decreto 222 de 1983
