Este Acuerdo deroga los artículos: 5º del Acuerdo número 150 de 1963; 171 y 172 del Acuerdo número 161 de 1964; 67 y 69, literal a) del Acuerdo número 155 de 1963; y 48 del Acuerdo número 224 de 1966, y necesita para su validez de la aprobación del Presidente de la República. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
