Artículo único. Apruébase el tratado que el día treinta de Enero de mil novecientos dos suscribieron los Plenipotenciarios y Delegados en la segunda Conferencia Internacional Americana reunida en Méjico, sobre sometimiento á la decisión de árbitros de las reclamaciones por daños y perjuicios pecuniarios que no hayan sido resueltas por la vía diplomática.
