La Superintendencia de notariado y registro se financiará con los recaudos y participaciones establecidos en los artículos 13 y 18 de la Ley 1ª de 1962; con las sumas que se le asignen en el Presupuesto Nacional; con el producto de la venta de elementos a los Notarios y Registradores y con las sumas que por cualquier otro concepto se apropien en el presupuesto de la entidad.
