º Naturaleza. El Instituto Nacional de Provisiones es un establecimiento público, esto es, un organismo con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio es dependiente, adscrito al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público que se organiza de acuerdo con las normas Contenidas en los Decretos-leyes números 2370 y 3130 de 1968, y las contenidas en los presentes estatutos.
