º El Superintendente podrá suspender o revocar, según el caso, el permiso de funcionamiento de las bolsas de productos, cuando éstas no se ajusten a las leyes, a sus estatutos y reglamentos o realicen actividades ajenas a su objeto y cuando no acaten oportunamente las decisiones de la Superintendencia.
