Los individuos que hayan obtenido diploma del Instituto Homeopático de Colombia, y los que aun cuando carezcan de diploma, hayan ejercido la medicina por el sistema homeopático durante cinco años, podrá continuar ejerciéndola.

Parágrafo

También podrán ejercer la profesión de homeópatas los individuos que en lo sucesivo obtengan diploma del Instituto Homeopático de Colombia, pero este plantel no podrá conferir títulos de idoneidad sino a personas que comprueben haber cursado previamente en la Facultad de Medicina el primer año de estudios y las asignaturas de Anatomía, Fisiología y las tres Patologías.
