Servicio de transporte. El día de elecciones las empresas de transporte urbano están obligadas a prestar el servicio público de transporte en los lugares permitidos, en las rutas, con los horarios, tarifas y frecuencias autorizadas y con no menos del 70% de su parque automotor.
