LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 125. Modificar el artículo 5° de la Ley 610 de 2000, el cual quedará así:

“Artículo 5°. Elementos de la responsabilidad fiscal. La responsabilidad fiscal estará integrada por los siguientes elementos: - Una conducta dolosa o gravemente culposa atribuible a una persona que realiza gestión fiscal o de quien participe, concurra, incida o contribuya directa o indirectamente en la producción del daño patrimonial al Estado. - Un daño patrimonial al Estado. - Un nexo causal entre los dos elementos anteriores”.
